 This idea was inspired by the voice of Pinky himself Rob Paulsen.I have been listening to a few of his podcasts recently and was also looking around the web when I spotted the Rosie The Riveter image developed to boost morale during the war years  So armed with the two ideas I combined them and came up with this.
